Our story
How we started
It started with a yellow snack and a one rupee pack.
We are the Ladhani family. Our first snack was bhoongda. It is a yellow snack that you fry before you eat it. We made it in Dhandhuka in Gujarat.
It was a small beginning. We did not start big. We started with one pack and a lot of care. We are proud of it. Everything we make today grows from that first little pack.
Then our family moved to Ahmedabad. There we started making fryums. We sold them in one rupee packs and two rupee packs.
We kept listening to what the market needed. So we moved to five rupee packs. We thought about a child with pocket money. At five rupees a child can buy more than one pack. That small joy mattered to us. We wanted every child to leave the shop happy.
Our factory is in Ahmedabad. Everything we make is made with love. We never sell anything that we would not eat ourselves.
We often think of a child at a shop holding a pack in both hands. We think of a family taking snacks home to share. We are grateful to every family that picked up our packs and helped a small start grow.
This is our story. It is still going on. It goes on with every pack. Thank you for being part of it.
